    Citizens in Tivat signed the initiative for reconsidering the municipal decision on the manner in which parking activity is organized in Tivat, claiming that the law was violated in the procedure of inviting tenders for the selection of strategic partner and making the contract. Nonetheless, drivers take advantage of every opportunity not to pay parking fee on street parking lots and use absence of tow-away service to park their cars wherever possible.

    The center of Herceg Novi was covered in graffiti this morning. Vandals destroyed recently renovated cultural monument Sat Kula thus sending a bad message and creating negative image of the town. People condemn such wrongdoings and assume that similar activities can be stopped by finding and punishing the offenders. Possible solution would be to install video surveillance system.

    Refurbishing facades in the largest city in Boka: A lot of tourists and local citizens had objections to non-urban appearance of the central area of Herceg Novi, where luxury banks and shops are predominant on one side, and on the other there are facades and sections which look like they were a set of some social-realist film. Local government is willing to provide both financial and expert support in implementing projects that make the city look more attractive.

    Decision adopted by members of the local parliament in Kotor: Economic Affairs Advisor to the local government said that phase IV of the project of improvement of water supply and wastewater disposal in Kotor involves building a joint wastewater treatment facility in close cooperation with Tivat authorities, rehabilitation of the existing regional water conduit up to water pumping station and consulting services.
