Herceg Novi – Herceg Novi’s Parliament will decide next week about the tender procedure seeking for strategic partners for the building of local bus station and business and shopping mall in the center of Igalo.
Investment into a new bus stop in Igalo is worth Euro 10 Million. It will resolve the problem with the lack of space in immediate downtown in Herceg Novi, which occurs regularly in this section of the city during the height of the season.
City government announced that the opening of the new bus stop would occur prior to the next tourist season.
Deadlines for the beginning and completion of construction works at the Business Center – Igalo have not been specified. Object will be built at the location of temporary garage and the market.
Object should have 4,500 square meters and serve as a business center and a shopping mall, which will include a market, a fish market and other shops, as well as two-floor underground garage.
Counselors should also decide about the details of the tender foot the lease of sports hotel and the restaurant at Igalo’s sports center.
Hotel has 75 beds, while the restaurant has 100 seats. Both buildings are completed and awaiting for equipment and opening.
