“BETTON MONTENEGRO” at the North: Representatives of the association “Betton Montenegro” from France have visited Municipality of Kolasin, where they met with representatives of the Municipality, local public enterprise for culture, physical culture and sports, Regional Tourist Organization and representatives of the Tourist Agency “Eco Tours.” Two sides discussed the opportunities for the tourism development of this region.
Kolašin – Representatives of association “Betton Montenegro” from France have visited Municipality of Kolasin, where they met with representatives of the Municipality, public enterprise for culture, physical culture and sports, Regional Tourist Organization and representatives of Tourist Agency “Eco Tours.” Two sides discussed the opportunities for the tourism development of this region.
President of this Association, Yves Arnaud said that this organization has established cooperation with several municipalities at the North, but they still did not have Kolasin as a part of their offer.
“We have talked with the deputy president of the Municipality, Dragomir Dulovic and Director of the public enterprise for Culture, Branislav Jeknic.
We have opened a discussion on the possible exchange programs of our cultural sections.
We have also been talking to the representatives of the Agency ‘Eco Tourist’ and Regional Tourist Organization about the possible plans to arrange visits of smaller groups of tourists to Kolasin.
What these city, but also entire Montenegro, are lacking are professional tourist guides, who speak French”, Arnaud said.
He added that this organization mainly functioned on the voluntary basis and that they are trying to provide assistance by providing contacts with the French government and Cultural Center.
