Budva – Public enterprise “Morsko dobro” filed seven reports yesterday to Republic’s Inspection for Spatial Protection, demanding investigation on the allegations that luxurious villas and houses being built in the territory of Kotor and Tivat’s Municipality do not posses building permits.

“Controls in Tivat’s area have concluded that an unknown investors has been building an object and a peer at the location in Gosici.

At the coast of Djurasevici, unknown investor is conducting construction works, which have not been cleared by the public enterprise.

At the locality of Opatovo, on the part of the coastline from the military object in the direction of Donja Lastva, unknown investor has built a peer.

Inspection is required to determine if another unknown investor at the location of Djurasevica coast had adequate license to poor material and flatten the area, with the aim to build a peer in the sea”, statement of “Morsko dobro” reads.

Employees of this public enterprise have concluded that an unknown investor has also commenced with the building of an object with three concrete plateaus in the direction of the sea, at the location of Klavaticici in Kotor.

“We have also received a report about the case at the locality of Zukovica, Municipality of Kotor, where an unknown investor has built an object for tenants.

Inspection is also required to investigate the case in Radovici, at the locality close to Cape Kamenovo, where an unknown investor has built three small peers”, statement of “Morsko dobro” concludes.
