President goes to Brussels
Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic met European Union foreign policy chief Javier Solana Monday in Brussels.
Solana, speaking to the press, said Montenegro is in a so-called constructive period of development, its economy is growing at a rapid pace, and that the political situation in the country is stable. He also emphasized the role Montenegro could potentially play in strengthening regional cooperation and in the greater stability of the Balkans.
