Budva- The public company”Coastal Zone Management” reported new cases of usurpation of the shore and illegal construction works on the coast to the Inspection for Spatial Protection.
“By monitoring the coastal area of the municipality of Kotor, the workers from the Public Company ”Coastal Zone Management” established that an anonymous investor renovated the tiny port on the land-registry property No. 400 and 401 KO, in Dobrota. In Sutomore, the workers from this company concluded that on the land-registry property No. 2517 KO an anonymous person placed wooden terrace with thee-meter long and one meter high bar. Above the bar a wooden “roof” covered with bamboo is constructed and this object is aimed at providing catering services, which is not in accordance with the plan”- it is stated in the reports directed to the relevant inspection.
The reason for submitting this report is the reconstruction of the objects in the area of Djurasevici, on the land-registry property No. 1610/2 KO, as well.
“A parapet wall is built along the edge of the road, on the neighboring land-registry property No. 196 KO Djurasevici. After checking the information in the land registry we found out that the owner of the property No. 1610/2 KO Djurasevici is Jasna Pak from Zemun, and the owner of the property No.196 KO is Goran Jovanovic from Montenegro”-it is stated in the report.
