Tivat-The manifestation “Summer of Culture in Tivat” continues tonight with the cabaret “The New Good Old Times”, which will be performed on summer stage in Tivat at 9.30 pm.
The cabaret” New Good Old Times” speaks of childhood, friendship, love and past times, which are referred to as “The New Good Old Times” in a witty and ironic way. And what is new is that the present time will once, for some of us, become “good old time”. Actually, for all of us… As Rade Marjanovic says” As Momo Kapor puts it, good old time is not only the time left behind us but also the time that comes next morning. Good old time is everything that happens to us in life where beautiful and ugly things occur, jolly and sad, and our cabaret shows it through the audience that is immensely joyful, it laughs and, as God is my witness, it cries. I believe that this is what makes this performance magnificent”.
The play is based on stories written by our great writers Momo Kapor, Matija Beckovic, Dusko Radovic, Branko Copic…
