Budva – Although it has been several months since it was opened, and numerous parties had been organized, as well as concerts of well-known stars from abroad and from this region, attended by thousands of visitors under open sky till the early morning hours, the most popular open-sky discothèque “Miracle Lounge”, owned by Russian company “Mirax”, situated on the Toplish Hill, above Budva, still hasn't get a work permit.
Economy and Finance Department confirmed to “Vijesti” yesterday, that the club has been registered as a café-bar, so its working hour is until 1 o’clock pm. It is the same as in other outdoor bars on the main promenade of the city and along the whole Riviera.
“Just few night clubs were issued work permit from Economy and Finance Department so far. Among them are: ACD, night club in Rafailovici, “Kastelo” in Petrovac, as well as three clubs in Budva: “BK Music Club”, “Maini” and “Trokadero”. Night club “Torine” has permit since 1994”, we were told by the competent Department.
Since its grand opening, on July 22, the most famous DJ in the world Bob Sinclare, the winner of Eurovision Song Contest, Russian star Dima Bilan, then Zeljko Samardzic, Emina Jahovic, and most recently Croatian pop diva Severina performed in “Miracle Lounge”. All of them started their performance few hours after midnight in front of more than thousand people.
Many residents of urban settlements have been complaining because of the noise, stating that it was unbearable.
“Mirax” is referring to the fact that the club is build outside residential area, but according to the decision of the Municipality of Budva, that area belongs to the settlements Prijevor and Seoce, i.e. it is situated on an urban settlement.

The leading man of Yugoslavian Drama Theatre, Branko Cvejic, has recently pointed out the problem of noise , which was coming from the Hill Toplish. The cast of the show “Rasprava” (“Disscusion”) had difficulties to perform because of too much noise.
Tanja Milosevic, the director in charge of the Aqua Park, within which is the club , didn’t provide the information if the club has work permit. Although we tried many time to reach her on her mobile phone, she didn't answer.

The club is situated on 4.500 square meters; it has two pools, elite restaurant and amusement park. During the day it is perfect for resting and day-parties, while in the evening hours the club is transformed into a glamorous discotheque with amazing theme programme with most up-to-date audio, visual and video production.
