Traditional happening started in Nikšić yesterday. During this happening numerous events will be organized, such as: football and chess tournaments, Nikšić Fishing Cup, mountain and athletic races, cycle races, jeep rally, Montenegro Karate Cup, table tennis days and basketball match Montenegro-Portugal, playoffs for the European championship, theatre performances, and the chamber music festival, which is the central cultural event of the September Days.
Nikšić-Yesterday in Nikšić started traditional September Days. More than 70 cultural and sport events will take place. Infrastructure facilities will be opened as well.
Nebojša Radojčić, the Mayor of Nikšić, said at yesterday’s press conference that The Daily Center for Handicapped Children and infrastructure facilities – neighborhoods in Gradska mahala, ND Trebjesa, Bistrička and Trebješka Street, city chapel at new cemetery and public lighting from Vidrovan to Brezovik Bridge will be opened. He said that foundation stone for a twelve-apartment building for pensioners would be laid during September.
