Within the event, the painter Njegoš Miletić from Foča, who is a member of the Association of Artists of the Republic of Srpska, exhibited 20 paintings.

The 12th traditional meeting of poets named “Tara without Limits” was organized on the place where the rivers Piva and Tara meet into Drina. The meeting of poets from Montenegro and the Republic of Srpska started with rafting on the river after which this event was named. In the afternoon, they reached the camp, owned by Slobodan Raičević, on Šćepan polje, where in high spirits- gathered around the fire- they promoted books, granted awards and read poems.
Milenko Mićanović, the head of the Centre of Culture in Plužine and the organizer of “Tara without Limits”, opened the event.
“The eternal waters pass by, the eternal time exist inside of uswhile-we-the passengers and travelers pass by in the time, beneath the stars”, Radisav Mašić says in his book “Znamenje stare Hercegovine” (“Symbols of the Old Herzegovina”), which was promoted on this traditional meeting.
“The poet explored all significant locations in this region, looking for the remains of old buildings, looking for the old manuscripts in these buildings and epitaphs on tombstones;looking for anything that human hand touched. Mašić explored few important localities, such as Zagrađe and Taban grad, in Piva. He works out the details of the matter, exposing it and leaving to us to interpret it for ourselves”, Nenad Vuković PhD said.
The book “Lirsko u Luči mikrokozmi” (“Lyricism in "The Torch the Microcosmos“) written by Miroje Vuković, was presented as well.
Commenting the book, Žarko Đurović said that Vuković mentioned other critics of Njegoš’s poetry, including Isidora Sekulić, who in her famous work “Njegošu-knjiga duboke odanosti” (“A Book Profoundly Dedicated to Njegoš“) „dissected“ all aspects of his poetics as well as the aspects of his lyricism.
Within this event, the painter Njegoš Miletić from Foča, who is a member of the Association of Artists of the Republic of Srpska, exhibited 20 paintings- oil on canvas-and the motives are dog and female nude.
The participants of the event, hosted by the poet Vjera Bojanić, were: Žarko Đurović, Ružica Komar, Miroje Vuković, Ranko Mićanović, Slavojka Vojinović, Vukman Otašević, Vojislav Karadžić, Radisav Mašić, Vojislav Mijušković, etc.
