National carrier to privatise

Montenegro’s primary air carrier, Montenegro Airlines, will sell a minority stake of its shares by the end of the year.

The chairman of Montenegro Airlines, Zoran Djurisić, announced that while 30 percent will be sold, the remaining value will stay in the hands of the state.
Djurisić emphasised the airline’s success after opening routes to Russia. He also announced the company plans to establish regular flights to Paris, and will set up an additional flight schedule to and from Paris for the tourist season.
