Budva’s Fashion Weekend
Five Famous Designers Present Their Models at a Fashion-Show Organized by “MTM Agency”
Podgorica – Fifth “Jana Fashion Weekend” is to take place on Saturday and Sunday (6 and 7 June) in front of the Citadel at Budva’s Old Town. The show is organized by Fashion Agency “Models Team Montenegro.”
During the first evening, the event would present fashion collections of Maria Theresa Galliano and Gianni Molaro from Italy, a British designer Sent Hill Thompson, London’s House of Fashion “Semon Cashmere” with its’ designer Semka Dasni, as well as Belgrade-based “Lilly Taylor” and its’ designers Ljiljana Joksovic and Darko Milojevic.
On the second day, the square in front of the Citadel would host a show room between noon and 3 p.m, where all interested visitors will have an opportunity to see and buy models. Pieces will be worn by the models of MTM agency, as well as models from Belgrade.
“Maria Theresa Galliano, a young designer, is one of those whose fashion signature radiates freshness and uniqueness. She drew attention of, otherwise rather critical, Italian fashion audience. She will present her most recent collection in her first appearance at Budva.
Sent Hill Thompson, a British designer of Cuban origin, had pleased the expensive taste of London’s high society with his ‘dreamy combinations of crepe, silk and pearls’, which are ‘successfully combined in ravishing dresses.’
Gianni Molaro is an Italian designer, whose style is composed by a successful mixture of his passions: architecture, fashion and painting. This famous designer, who has participated on several occasions at prestigious Alta Moda Alta Roma, will present its’ latest haute couture collection.
House of Fashion “Semon Cashmere” presents a specific combination of London and Mongolia. Their designer, Semka Dasni weaves urban London into Mongolian traditional cashmere production and its know-how in producing fine, subtle and highest-quality cashmere garments. These are, briefly, characteristics of this House’s haute couture’s lines.
Designing duo of ‘Lilly Taylor’, will present their most recent collection”, Slobodanka Martinovic, PR and Art Director of this fashion event emphasizes.
“To name but a few of our famous foreign guests: Fiorella Biegalotti, Editor of Book Moda magazine, who has followed our work at last year’s Fashion festival and who will direct the entire event this time.
