According to the statement of Budva’s Tourist Organization, little less than 20,000 guests are spending their holidays at Budva’s Riviera, which is by two percent less than during last year.

“Hotels mark the decrease in the number of visitors in comparison to the same period last year. This type of accommodation has, at this point, 10,932 registered guests, which is seven percent less than during the same period last year. Hoteliers are hosting 10,302 foreign and 630 domestic guests”, yesterday’s statement reads.

Company hostels, as the statement continues, accommodate 1,000 guests who came from abroad, which is by 46 percent higher than in 2007.

The increase in the number of guests, in comparison to last year, can also be noted at camping sites, which now host 265 guests, which is 37 % more than during the same period last year. A one third increase is also noted in the private accommodations, which now hosts 7,735 registered guests”, statement of local tourist organization concludes.”
