Podgorica – International competition in water diving from Vezir’s Bridge in Podgorica, “Moraca 2008” will take place on Friday at 6 pm. At least 24 participants would take part.
“Participants would jump from the height of 15 meters. The prices for the best have been prepared. Winner of the first place shall receive Euro 600, while the award of Euro 300 had been provided for the winner of the second place. Third-place winner would receive Euro 200”, president of Water Diving Club, “Delfin”, Radomir Bato-Vujovic has said at the press conference.
He added that another competition in swimming across Moraca River would take place during a break between two series of water dives. For the third time, winners of this race would be adequately awarded.
Deputy Secretary in the Secretariat for Sports, Budimir Miranovic said that an international fishing cup “Moraca Trophy 2008” is planed to take place on Saturday, as well as competition in cooking of fish soup “Golden Calderon.”
Miranovic explained that all these competitions were taking place as a part of manifestation “Day of Sports at Moraca”. The final event is a boat-race Danilovgrad-Spuz-Podgorica. The race on rivers Zeta and Moraca would take place between 9 am and 1 pm.
