Prime Minister Says that Montenegrin Tourism Faces a Brighter Future: “What we have ahead of us is a period of growing optimism for the prosperity of Montenegrin tourism. Evidence to support this claim is the arrival of the leading investors in the hotel industry, like ‘Four Seasons’, ‘Kempinski’ and others. ‘Aman Resorts’ is already here”, Djukanovic noted.
Podgorica(MINA-BUSINESS) – “Montenegro has been recognized in the world as a highly profiled tourist destination and this is being used for further improvements of our services, with the aim to keep Montenegro in the company of the most attractive tourist destination in the globe permanently”, Montenegrin Prime Minister, Milo Djukanovic stated.
He maintained that the tourist infrastructure had been improved over the past couple of years, especially with the opening of exclusive, but also family hotels, eco-villages and various other objects.
“This process is accompanied by major investments in the traffic infrastructure, as well as finding of system solutions for the issues of key-importance for the future development of tourism”, Prime Minister Djukanovic told the latest edition of “Explorer”, magazine of the National Tourist Organization.
In his words, the mission of Montenegrin government is to facilitate well-balanced regional development, through its’ support for the initiatives to valorize national parks and give boost to the development of central and northern parts of Montenegro, which are not adequately used, although they are very attractive.
“This will enrich our tourist offer and add to the impression that Montenegro is a country full of diversities”, Djukanovic said.
He believes that foreign tourist would remember their visits to Montenegro, only to keep returning to it.
Djukanovic announces that bright days are ahead for Montenegrin tourism, as many foreign investors have announced their arrivals to the market.

Prime Minister reminded that Montenegro qualified among global leaders in rapid tourist development, adding that, 2016, every fourth job in the country would be in the tourist industry.
