Montenegro Tourist Center (MTC) Receives Around 400 Phone Calls Each Day: also this summer, operators of Montenegro Tourist Center (MTC) have received many phone calls – 400 on the average. Like was the case during the previous season, tourists had the opportunity to receive all sorts of information about the issues they wanted to learn more about during their stay in Montenegro. All you have to do is dial 9797 or 1333.

Budva – Also this summer, operators of Montenegro Tourist Center (MTC) have received many phone calls – 400 on the average. Like was the case during the previous season, tourists had the opportunity to receive all sorts of information about the issues they wanted to learn more about during their stay in Montenegro.

In words of MTC’s director, Miroslav Dragicevic, this organization has been providing information to tourists and citizens for four and a half years. Usual number 9797 will be changed as of October to 1333, due to the new plan of numeration.

“Operators of MTC provide information in our language, English and Russian. One can learn absolutely everything that has to do with a more comfortable stay of tourists in Montenegro, starting with information about the private accommodation, through information about programs of various events and out-of-hotel activities.

Montenegrin citizens also trust this service. They call to get information about the situation on the roads, prices of fares and – say – at this point, prices of tickets for Madonna’s concert and where these can be bought.

MTC has 100 percent of satisfied users. Evidence to this claim is the fact that we had not have a single complaint during these four and a half years to how our Center has been working”, Dragicevic stated.

He added that the uniqueness of this Center lies in the fact that, in case they are unable to answer the question at the same moment, operators take callers’ number in order to call him back as soon as they obtain reliable answer to their questions.

“This has shocked many customers who have been staying in Montenegro and they particularly emphasized their satisfaction with this type of service, which, in their words, does not exist anywhere else in Europe.

Our operators provide 24-hours-service, on the daily basis, and we have, on the average, around 400 calls each day during the season.

Most frequent question during the month of July had to do with the private accommodation, while callers in August wanted to learn more about the night clubs and bars working after 11 pm, as well as events taking place during the summer.

The most interesting question these days has to do with Madonna’s concert and where to buy tickets for this event”, Dragicevic stated.

He added that the most recent project of MTC – shooting of a video for song “Hey, Montenegro” – has drawn attention of Montenegrin public.

“Music for this song has been composed by Leo Djokaj, arrangement done by Djokaj-Dragicevic, lyrics by Miki Dragicevic. It has been performed by band “Banda od muzike.”

Video has been graphically designed and shaped in MTC’s studio, with the use of shots from the show “Wild Beauty – Live”, which is the most popular documentary in this area.

Goal of MTC’s future projects is unveiling of Montenegro’s wild beauty and presentation of documentaries outside of the borders of our country.

Saying that, we first and foremost want to promote a documentary about Nevidio canyon, which will be presented at all the festivals of documentary films around the world.

We are also negotiating with interested foreign televisions about selling of episodes of ‘Wild Beauty – Live’”, Dragicevic stated.
