Montenegro begins visa talks
Montenegro has begun its visa liberalisation talks with the European Union on February 21, according to Minister of Interior Jusuf Kalamperović.
he EU Commissioner for Justice, Franco Frattini, is in Podgorica to negotiate terms for a more relaxed visa agreement with Montenegro, expanding on an accord signed between the two in September.
